Stargazer FAQ
We anticipate opening the Nightsky booking calendar for Stargazer members around May 2026, approximately one week earlier than the general public.
We expect to open the property for stays around June 2026. Opening dates are estimates and subject to change, and we’ll keep members updated as we approach launch.
Yes! Once Stargazer early access opens, you’ll be able to book any available dates during the early access window, subject to availability.
Note, some dates may be unavailable due to holds, private events, or operational constraints.
Stargazer members will have a 2-month early access window to book available dates using the Early Access member rate ($100 per night off, for up to two nights, up to a maximum of $200 on one stay).
If you do not book during this early access period, your $50 membership deposit can be applied as a credit toward a future stay. Additional member offers may be available from time to time but are not guaranteed.
The $50 Stargazer membership deposit is non-refundable. However, if you do not book during the early access period, the $50 deposit value does not expire and may be applied as a one-time credit toward a future stay.
The Early Access member rate is valid on one reservation only, for stays of up to two nights, and must be booked during the two-month early access window.
The discount applies to room rates only (excluding taxes, fees, and add-ons), is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions, and cannot be split across multiple bookings.
Room rates at Nightsky will vary by date and accommodation type. Rates will range from approximately $175 on weekdays up to $450 on peak weekends, plus applicable taxes and an amenity fee.
Nightsky Camp is slated to open around June 2026.
Your $50 secures your Stargazer membership and your early access discount, and is not applied to the room rate.
If you do not book during the early access period, the $50 may be applied as a credit toward a future reservation.
You will not receive a hard copy of your Stargazer membership. You will receive an email from us upon completing your reservation confirming your membership and your deposit.
Closer to opening, you will receive an email from us with instructions for how to apply your deposit to your reservation. When booking, once your deposit has been applied, you’ll receive an updated receipt of your total balance due.

Terms & Conditions
- The $50 Stargazer membership deposit grants early access to the Nightsky booking calendar and eligibility for a one-time Early Access member discount during the designated pre-opening booking window.
- The membership deposit is non-refundable, has no cash value, and is non-transferable.
- During the early access window, members may apply the Early Access discount to one reservation only, subject to availability and stay restrictions.
- The Early Access discount is limited to $100 per night for up to two nights (maximum $200 total) and applies to room rates only, excluding taxes, fees, add-ons, and third-party services.
- If a reservation is not made during the early access period, the $50 deposit may be applied as a one-time credit toward a future Nightsky stay.
- Membership benefits, booking windows, rates, and opening timelines are subject to change. Nightsky reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Stargazer program with reasonable notice.
- All reservations are subject to Nightsky’s standard booking, cancellation, and house policies.
